Directions

From Richmond on I-95     

• Take I-64 East to exit 234 (Lightfoot)
• At the exit ramp, turn right onto route 199 East
• Go approximately 8 miles to the 3rd stoplight and turn right

  onto Brookwood Drive
• Turn left on to Lake Powell Drive after one block
• After one mile, turn left into the entrance of The Williamsburg Winery
- Entrance to Wedmore Place is half mile on the right.

From Norfolk or Virginia Beach

• Take I-64 to Exit 242 A
• Take route 199 West
• Go approximately 5.5 miles to the 3rd stoplight and turn                                           

   left onto Brookwood Drive
• Turn left on to Lake Powell Drive after one block
• After one mile, turn left into the entrance of The Williamsburg Winery
- Entrance to Wedmore Place is half mile on the right.

Location

Wedmore Place is located on Wessex Hundred, a 300 acre farm settled in 1615. The farm, overlooking the James River, is near Jamestown which with Yorktown and Williamsburg make up the “Historic Triangle”. Wedmore Place is also just 3 miles from Virginia’s historic capital, Colonial Williamsburg.
