Bohemia, after many exchanges of power, is today a component of the Czech Republic. It is a mountainous, forested area just east of Bavaria.  Its principal city is the baroque city of Prague, once the capital of the Austrian monarchy. Also in Bohemia are the cities of Karlsbad, a popular thermal spa, and Pilsen, where the fermentation process of pilsner beers originated. The tradition of Bohemia is associated with fierce independence and a rural way of life.

The room has bright, warm-colored yellow walls accented by natural wood tones. An antique pine dresser, a baroque-style grandfather clock and an old Central European painting complete the design.
